Currently, we are only shipping to Australian addresses, with a possibility to expand internationally in future. 

All orders will be shipped from Sydney, Australia via Australia Post.

Orders are picked and posted within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping rates within Australia:

All parcels will be subject to a flat rate of $11 for standard tracked shipping. Express post is $15.

So that we can keep the postage costs low, by default, there will be no requirement to sign on delivery for your parcel. Once Australia Post scans the parcel as 'delivered', we will take that as confirmation of successful delivery.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information 

Please contact us immediately if your delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. We will update your shipping details if it is possible and of course we will try our best to help. 

​If your parcel has been posted, unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes as the parcel is out of our hands. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses and/or lost in transit parcels due to incomplete or incorrect information provided and you will hold us harmless in such incidences. 

If we have received the returned parcel and you would like us to reship it, reshipping charges will need to be repaid before the parcel is reposted. If you would prefer a refund, or we do not hear from you within 48 hours of us contacting you we will cancel your order, and refund you, deducting the shipping rate and a $12 restocking fee from the refund payout amount you are owed.

Please keep an eye on tracking 

We have observed that, on occasion, some parcels are instead, dropped off to a nearby post office to await pick-up for any number of legitimate reasons. When this happens, the tracking on Australia Post's webpage will tell you what Post Office the parcel is located and it is your responsibility to organise a pick up of that parcel within the timeframe allowed. Unfortunately, we are unable to make contact with you to inform you of this, so its best to check the tracking on occasion if the parcel does not arrive at your location by the expected dates. 

Parcel not delivered

If your tracked parcel has not been delivered within three (3) weeks from the shipping date please make contact with Australia Post and also make contact with us so we can investigate and decide what the next steps will be, including whether we should wait further or we replace your order or refund you. If you receive the parcel after your order is replaced or refunded by us, we most kindly ask that you notify us as we expect that you would take steps so we are not out of pocket for our acts of good faith.

Parcel delivered but you didn't receive it

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are scanned as 'delivered' by Australia Post through their tracking webpage but you have not received the parcel. In such cases, a ticket should be opened with Australia Post for investigation.
